Amerika Samoa
Getting our mail at the USPS branch brought us to American Samoa, but we got a bit more than we barganed for.
We made it to Pago Pago harbor just in time for the big tsunami of the 29th of September 2009
Pago Pago village was reduced to a pile of rubble.
Eva was washed up onto the highway, then washed back into the harbor but came out mostly unscathed. Many thanks to Kim Carson on Altera for this impressive picture of Eva high and dry
