Epoxy Fuel Tank Fabrication

After the old tank and foam was removed we could see that there was room for more than the stock 30 gallons of fuel.

With the bilge cleaned and degreased it was painted with epoxy.

Test fitting the pre-fabricated epoxy and glass panels.

Nearly two gallons of epoxy and about 10 pounds of glass went into this completed 40 gallon fuel tank.

When painted out the new tank looked like it had always been there.
