Eva finally gets a steering gear!


Somehow we managed to make it across the pacific without any vane gear at all. While in NZ we purchased a used Monitor, built in 1977 which was the same year Eva was built.

Running the tiller control lines to be out of the way, but without too many turns is a challenge

Our mount was not standard, but it turned out rather nice
